Delivery Policy

CONCLAVE sells nothing physical. There is no courier, no shipping cost, no customs and no delivery address in any order. This policy states that plainly, and sets out how delivery of a relic is actually meant to work, when it happens, and what we do when it does not.
1. Pre-launch: delivery is deferred
Buying is disabled during pre-launch and delivery is deferred until launch. No relic moves, nothing is dispatched, and no order can be placed for us to deliver. Everything below describes the position from the moment buying is switched on.
2. No physical goods
Every relic in the Vault is an in-game item. Nothing is manufactured, packaged, posted or physically shipped, so no order involves shipping costs, carriers, transit times, tracking numbers, customs charges or a physical delivery address. Nothing you buy here will ever arrive in the post.
3. How delivery works
A relic is delivered in-game, to the account associated with your CONCLAVE account. Delivery is attempted as soon as an order completes and normally lands within minutes. You may need to accept the transfer for delivery to complete. The full mechanics, and what an order means, are set out in our Terms of Service.
4. Country availability
Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no country-based shipping restrictions and no region we cannot deliver to. Availability of the Service itself, and of particular payment methods, may still vary by country for payment-processing or regulatory reasons — that is a payment question rather than a delivery one, and our Payment Policy covers it.
5. When delivery fails
If a relic does not arrive, or a top-up does not reach your balance after a completed payment, tell us and we will investigate from the order record rather than asking you to prove it. Where a purchase cannot be delivered, our Refund Policy sets out what you get back and how. A failed delivery is never treated as a completed sale.
